2020年真的是個動蕩的一年
因為疫情還有種種意外
讓我們失去了許多優秀的人
還失去了許多的自由
雖然在台灣疫情較不嚴重
但是國外疫情仍然嚴峻
最近才收到菲律賓拳館一位教練離世的消息，非常難過，在菲律賓的醫療、治安真的都非常的不好。我們身在台灣真的是相對的幸福，也不能鬆懈防疫及自身健康的控管，也要好好珍貴我們現在擁有的。最重要的還是持續保持訓練，希望這波疫情能盡快趨緩，讓一切回到正軌。
